Use of Biosoft Sports’ services, online software applications (TeamBios 2, FantasyBio, Golfer's Gold, BaseballBio, BioCalendar, BioCalendar II, PokerBio and all other software applications with copyright protection under the Biorhythm Secrets Family of Software and associated databases) are governed by the following terms and conditions:

The user acknowledges that the information contained in the following web pages, are the property of Biosoft Sports, protected by its copyrights and other proprietary rights. Products and information are confidential and shall not be reproduced in whole or in part or disclosed to any third party without the express written consent of Biosoft Sports, it’s designated representatives or its owner’s beneficiaries.

Biosoft Sports is dedicated to high professional standards and strives to provide the best fantasy sport and team biorhythm information and selections possible. However, Biosoft Sports cannot assume any warranty or liability for damage or loss of any nature incurred by the user with respect to or as a consequence of the use of Biosoft Sports’ software programs or selections arising from the use of the online or downloadable applications.

The sports selections are provided as information only. Although BIOSOFT SPORTS has had exceptional predictability on the outcomes of games during the past 33 years, previous results do not guarantee similar future outcomes.

Biosoft Sports shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by acts of God, wars, strikes, natural disasters, failures of network operators' services and interruptions to power supply. Biosoft Sports reserves the right to terminate the fantasy sport and/or team selection service immediately and without notice for the following reasons:

If the customer misuses or abuses the service; what constitutes misuse or abuse of the service shall be solely determined by Biosoft Sports:

If payment for the service is not made timely or cannot be appropriately credited because inaccurate or improper credit card information is provided to Biosoft Sports or their duly appointed representatives. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Biosoft Sports with regard to the use of Biosoft Sports' software programs and sports selection services.

Biosoft Sports will make complete roster sport databases and team databases available annually for the NFL, NBA, MLB and PGA if they are readily available via the Internet.

User Responsibilities:

Online subscription service: By using the online software from this website and completing its registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer for the user to place any wager.

User may terminate service upon 7 days written notice to Biosoft Sports. Since there are no set up fees charged to the user, in no instance shall the user be entitled to any cancellation of outstanding fees or charges or refund of payments regarding the users account.
